Deltek Automates Active Enterprise Customer Reference Program with Boulder Logic Solutions



Boulder Logic, a customer reference management specialist, has announced that Deltek, a provider of enterprise applications software for project-focused businesses, has selected and is using Boulder Logic Reference Manager with Salesforce.com integration. This implementation has allowed Deltek to automate its active enterprise customer reference program.

With the Boulder Logic Reference Manager, Deltek sales and marketing teams are able to quickly find the right reference for a given situation. They can also obtain useful testimonial content and facilitate live interactions without inconveniencing customers.

The Boulder Logic Reference Manager solution delivers automated tools that can help users to prevent the overuse of certain customers, while also identifying additional strong candidates that can act as references.

Deltek relies on Boulder Logic Reference Manager’s AppExchange module to allow their sales and marketing teams to work within their familiar CRM environment. As a result, the entire company is able to maximize the value of the Boulder Logic solution.
