Avtex Wins Interactive Intelligence Chairman's Award

June 30, 2015

Avtex, a provider of customer experience software and consulting services, recently announced that it has received the Interactive Intelligence Chairman's Award.

It received this honor at a recent industry event, the INTERACTIONS conference, at which Interactive Intelligence caters to its customers and business partners and awards those which have performed best in the field. The Chairman's Award shows which partner has excelled in the past year regarding its financial success, marketing efforts, technical product knowledge, and product support. This year, Avtex came out on top.

Bob Traynor, the vice president of contact center solutions at Avtex, expressed his excitement for receipt of the award.

“We are exceptionally proud to receive the Chairman’s Award this year at the Interactive Intelligence annual customer and partner conference, INTERACTIONS,” Traynor said. “It is a testament to our continued representation of and dedication to Interactive Intelligence, its products, and the market. We look forward to many more years of successful collaboration as both organizations continue to evolve and innovate!”

Traynor’s excitement really shows the commitment Avtex has to its journey as an Interactive Intelligence partner. There is more evidence to show that commitment; recently TMC showed that Avtex has reached the upper echelon as a retail partner by reaching Platinum Elite Partner status.

Interactive Intelligence bestowed this additional honor back in February of this year. For Avtex, this status allows it to offer a full range of Interactive Intelligence products and services—as Avtex has shown its technical know-how and therefore has proven itself ready to accept a full course load.

This process has also shown that Avtex has reached a critical amount of revenue to be considered for this award and designation. Not only is that good for the trophy cabinet; it also means the company is expanding its business and creating more of a place for itself in the broader market.
