September 16, 2008

SmarterTools has introduced SmarterTrack 3.5, providing all the features and functionality of a robust Help Desk, Ticket System, Live Chat, Cost Analysis, Data Mining, Knowledge Base, and Reporting software delivered within one elegant Web interface.

SmarterTrack 3.5 includes the new WhosOn feature, giving businesses the ability to track customers as they navigate Web sites in real-time and allows agents to invite users to Live Chats. This solution also adds more intelligent Ticket and Live Chat distribution methods, Google mapping for Live Chat, and much more.

"We are always looking for ways to provide our customers with the features they are looking for—even between major release versions,” said Tim Uzzanti, CEO of SmarterTools. "SmarterTrack 3.x was one of the most anticipated releases in the history of SmarterTools, and we are committed to expand upon that success."

SmarterTools is an information technology-management software company based in Phoenix, Arizona. The company develops a Windows Mail Server, Customer Service Software, and Web Log Analytics reporting tool that simplify and automate the day-to-day IT operations of businesses and hosting environments in over 100 countries.
