Avtex Achieves Interactive Intelligence Platinum Elite Partner Status for 2015

When a company has been granted the Elite Partner Program status, it can provide full-scale services and support for one or more Interactive Intelligence products. This is achieved after acquiring technical and support certification as well as the requisite sales. Avtex has met the requirements to provide sales, deployment and support of the entire line of Interactive Intelligence cloud and on-premises solutions for contact center, unified communications and business process automation.

The status is given each year to resellers that meet the company’s product certification, software sales and renewals, and customer satisfaction requirements. Platinum Elite Partners are required to average 80 percent or higher in customer satisfaction surveys as well as maintain all product certifications. In addition to maintaining these requirements, they also have to rank among the top 10 percent in the Interactive Intelligence partner “health check” report, a support rating system.
