Talbots Chooses Omni-Channel CloudBlu from Cameo Global to Enhance Customer Experiences

With companies giving special emphasis on customer care, they have to invest a lot more than before in upgrading their customer care services, i.e., in advanced technologies that help them connect to the customer, wherever they are.

A good examples in the recent announcement that major U.S. retailer Talbots has selected CloudBlu from Cameo Global to get customer care services via an omni-channel, cloud-based solution. This cloud-based collaboration solution will deliver cloud based services to Talbots’ primary customer care center in Tennessee.


Talbots currently has an ACD technology based contact center and feels that the upcoming festival season, which will witness a sharp increase in customer enquiries, will put a strain on its current customer resources. Apart from absorbing the added pressure with ease, CloudBlu from Cameo Global also enables Talbots to streamline its expenses.

Cameo Global has also partnered with ContcatUS for this project. ContcatUS provides contact center BPO and analytics services by combining its systems with that of ContcatUS, Cameo Global can provide consolidated reporting and analytic tools to its customers. The company also provides the ability to avoid high infrastructure expenditures.

Recently, the company announced that it had established three Tier 3 certified data centers in place in the United States and Belgium to support CloudBlu. These data centers will enable the company to deliver high end unified communications, voice, contact center and video to customers all over the world.
