Sitel to Strengthen Staff at Oak Ridge Facility

Sitel, a customer care outsourcing provider, recently announced its plans to strengthen the staff at its Oak Ridge, TN facility. The company is looking to hire 125 associates who can provide inbound customer service support for a loan acquisition and servicing provider.

The company recently announced that it will soon fill in 250 new positions in its customer care call center in San Angelo, Texas. This is to align with the needs of an expanding global satellite TV client. A recent recruitment drive is also expected to boost economic growth in the Texas community.

Speaking about the recruitment drive, Susan Spencer, site leader for Sitel’s San Angelo facility, said the company is pleased that its efforts to bring in new clients to the San Angelo location has not only ensured continued employment for all its current associates, but offers them the chance to create 250 new jobs for the community.
