3CLogic and IntelaCloud Combine on Integrated Hosted PBX and Cloud-based Contact Center Solution

While the cloud contact center industry has seen significant growth, the absence of a cloud PBX counterpart to link external and internal communication has often been an issue. The recent 3CLogic and IntelaCloud’s single interconnected implementation is designed to bridge the gap.
