Plantronics has introduced a new family of headsets named Plantronics EncorePro 500 Series. It has a design that makes it easier to wear them all day long. Apart from an ergonomically comfortable design, it also provides superior noise cancellation and enhanced reliability features.
In conjunction with this the company also delivered its next-generation DA Series USB digital audio processors for Plantronics headsets. Together, these two products offer a more complete audio experience for the users, according to Plantronics.
Customer service representatives will certainly have a better on the job experience with these new headsets which should help in agent retention. Plus, Plantronics believes that the higher fidelity from the new audio processors can enable a better customer conversational experience. The series includes the following models: EncorePro 510/520 (dedicated over-the-head), EncorePro 530 (over-the-ear) and EncorePro 540 (convertible).
