eBay Looking to Hire 1,000 Employees for Wisconsin Call Center

One of the biggest trends in the call center market is the return of quite a few companies to the United States. There are a number of states that are benefitting from the re-shoring trend, but those in the Midwest are seeing some of the biggest benefits.


eBay Enterprise is the latest company to underline the benefits of having a call center stationed in the United States as it announced it is looking to fill more than 1,000 openings at its Eau Claire, Wisconsin center.

When looking at the number of companies that have moved back to the United States, Michigan, Indiana and Wisconsin have been some of the biggest beneficiaries. Lowes has recently opened a new call center in Indiana. Michigan, has had a number of different call center companies move to the state and bring a great number of jobs to the area as well.

eBay is bringing in a number of different customer service employees just in time for the Holiday season. With the fall season upon us yet again, more than one company is going to be looking to add people to handle the winter rush. The announcement of the iPhone 6 might even be the unofficial start of the shopping year. eBay Enterprise is a company that partners with a ton of different retailers in an attempt to help with the advertising.

There are also a number of people who would need questions answered and comments logged about the different products that are being purchased in preparation of the Holiday season. The firm is handling the hiring round through Adecco. With more than 1,000 openings there are jobs for quite a few people who are looking for jobs to get through the Holidays. This can mean they will also be able to earn enough money to spend during their own Holiday shopping.
