InfoCision Finalist in Health Care Heroes Award

August 25, 2008

When you look after your employees: which also helps your organization by having a healthy, happy, and productive workforce, it is nice to be honored by other firms for doing the right thing.

That is the case with InfoCision Management Corporation, which was recognized as a finalist in the Employer Achievement category of the Health Care Heroes Award, presented by Crain’s Cleveland Business in a ceremony held late last week.

InfoCision won the applause for having implemented a company-wide, proactive health and wellness program that emphasizes individualized employee care and convenience yet at the fraction of the cost.

The program includes such benefits as on-site fitness centers with cutting-edge equipment, state-of-the-art, on-site medical clinics and physicians, subsidized child care services, on-site day care and dependent day care savings plans, and prescription delivery service.

A panel of judges from the healthcare field selected finalists for the honors from a pool of more than 160 nominations in the categories of allied health, employer achievement in health care, advancements in health care by a company or individual, and volunteer, nurse, physician, and health care advocate.

“We know from experience that a happier, healthier employee is a better employee – for our company and our clients, “says Carl Albright, President and Chief Executive Officer, InfoCision Management Corporation. “Knowing that life’s demands outside of work can often be more challenging than work duties, we understand that we can’t ask our employees to devote their full attention to work if they don’t have the time or tools to attend to health, personal and family responsibilities.”
