OpenTech Offers 24/7 Service

OpenTech Alliance Inc. is a Phoenix-based company whose primary focus is technology aimed at the self-storage industry. The company offers a wide-range of self-storage rental solutions that promise to increase revenue and improve customer convenience, while decreasing operating costs and workload.


The company recently announced the opening of a new remote call center in Dayton, OH, which includes 10 full time storage counselors to cater to customer needs. In addition to this, the company has said that it is now offering 24/7 service to its customers.

Robert Chiti, President and CEO at OpenTech said, "I guess it is somewhat redundant to say we never rest, with a brand name like INSOMNIAC and the addition of our 24/7 service, but it is true. We are always looking for ways to improve the quality and value of our service for our customers.”

Chiti further said that 24/7 strategy is linked with its global vision to offer call center services in other regions of the world and help customers expand the footprint of their portfolios.

According to OpenTech’s latest White Sheet, its services completed more than 260,000 transactions in 2012 and in 2013. The company has also been engaged in developing a complete line of automated Kiosks and Call Center services, which connects storage owners with tenants.

"The investment we continue to make in our cloud based technology and online training programs are what have made it possible for us to have such a broad vision. We can now not only open up a call center anywhere in the world, we can also open individual call centers in the homes of our employees thru our Work @ Home program," Chiti added.

OpenTech products and services include 7 models of INSOMNIAC Kiosks ranging from $4,900 to $18,000, INSOMNIAC Live! call center services and the INSOMNIAC Self Storage Network for online storage reservations.
