April 03, 2014

Hosted PBX calling solutions provide various benefits like low up-front capital requirements, savings on monthly expenses, state of the art calling features, open standards and scalability. No wonder a large number of organizations across the world are keen to explore various advantages Hosted PBX offers.

Furthering the usability of this evolving technology, SimpleSignal has unveiled the SimpleSignal Cloud Portal, an easy-to-use web interface. The new interface facilitates various types of access to any device, browser or operating system on a company's network and provides enhanced visibility and control. The interface is loaded with all the previously available features but in its new version, the interface is easier to use and more effective.

SimpleSignal Cloud Portal gives a seamless user experience on any device, making sure that users do not miss their all familiar desktops. Features of Call Center Reporting include numerous canned reports on call center activity by queue, canned reports for details per agent call activity and last 24 hours summary, modular functionality for customization, custom call center reports for supervisors and so on. This interface also enables call center supervisors to generate canned reports on call center activity.

"We’ve been working on this for a few months now, and we’re excited to have the Cloud Portal ready to launch to our customers,” said Michael Sterl, EVP of SimpleSignal. “This version of the portal gives users much more flexibility and offers a user-friendly interface that we didn’t have with our previous portal. Having access to the interface from any device is going to make a huge impact on those customers that are operating on a completely mobile platform."

The company has not only been releasing upgrades for its existing products, but it has also been gearing up its human resources to meet newer challenges. Recently, the company appointed Esmie Spencer as a Channel Manager.
