Transcensus Releases Free Guided Training for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online

Transcensus, an innovator in electronic performance support and interactive learning technologies, announced the release of free training content for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online.

 
Training content is based on Transcensus' award-winning SHO Guide authoring solution and captures various scenarios and workflows for the typical CRM user. This interactive learning script delivers step-by-step guidance directly inside Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online to assist the user in performing the task more efficiently with a corresponding reduction in errors.
 
The content is available to all Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online users and can be accessed directly from the Transcensus Web site.
