Synaptris and Estonia's Crystal Solutions Announce CRM Deal
By David Sims, TMCnet Contributing EditorSpanning the globe, we now take you to Estonia, where Synaptris (News - Alert) has announced an alliance with Estonia's Crystal Solutions OU to offer its IntelliPRINT & IntelliVIEW Flexible Reporting and Analysis products and to support customers in the region.
Synaptris' partnership with Crystal Solutions and its strategic focus on Northern Europe, specifically on the emerging markets, is part of its global channel expansion plans, company officials say. Crystal Solutions offers ERP (Epicor) and CRM products, and related consulting and customization services to customers.
Speaking about the partnership, Janek Õbenik, CEO, Crystal Solutions said, "We are happy to partner with Synaptris to offer and support their reporting and analysis products in the Estonian market. Synaptris' award-winning products will help customers generate greater business value from existing information assets and will help enhance the return on investments from their application infrastructure."
Earlier this month Synaptris announced an expansion of its presence in the Australian market through an alliance with Eos Solutions, a Lotus Notes & Domino provider in the region.
With a large user base of Lotus Notes & Domino solutions, Australia is a key market for Synaptris' IntelliPRINT product offerings, which deliver native reporting and analysis solutions for Lotus Notes & Domino users.
Synaptris' move to enter into an alliance with Eos Solutions was based partly on the company's reputation providing products and services to a large number of marquee customers in Australia, Synaptris officials say.
Synaptris' IntelliPRINT products are native reporting and analysis tools that give users of Notes & Domino applications, the ability to visualize, customize and analyze Lotus Notes data in real-time. IntelliPRINT "enhances the decision-making abilities of business users while decreasing IT effort and increasing both business user & IT productivity," company officials say.
"As winners of the 2008 Lotus Best Tool/Utility Award and the 2007 Lotus CTO Award, Synaptris are experts in Lotus Notes and a key partner for Eos. Our Lotus team is very impressed with the IntelliPRINT range of solutions and we feel that IntelliPRINT will offer real value to our Australian Lotus Notes customers," said Annette Henry, Managing Director, Eos Solutions.
