Interactive Intelligence Launches Contest to Help Businesses Improve Service Experience

To help contact centers improve the service experience to their customers, Interactive Intelligence Group Inc., a global provider of customer experience software and services, is launching a Customer Experience Makeover: Contact Center Style contest.


Businesses of any size from all over the world who are looking for a free makeover of their contact center technologies, equipment, and facilities can participate in this contest. By participating in the contest companies will get an opportunity to makeover their Interactive Intelligence cloud contact center technology, along with associated hardware, phones, headsets, CRM software, workstations, monitors, furniture, interior design services, and training and consulting services.

"Our business is helping contact centers improve the service experience they deliver to their customers," said Interactive Intelligence chief marketing officer Joe Staples, and Zendesk are among the sponsors for the contest.

The winner of the Customer Experience Makeover contest will be decided by a panel of Interactive Intelligence judges. Interactive Intelligence will announce the winner at its annual global customer and partner event, INTERACTIONS 2014. The winner need not be present to qualify.

Interactive Intelligence will document the winning contact center's makeover with photos, videos, blogs, and articles. Contest candidates can submit an entry form now through April 30. All business, except those who have already engaged in sales discussions with Interactive Intelligence or one of its resellers, will be considered for the contest.
