Wells Fargo Shareowner Services Wins TALON Large Agent Award

Wells Fargo Shareowner Services recently announced that it has been recognized with the Transfer Agent Leader Overall North America (TALON) large agent award. The company has won the award nine times in 11 years.


The officials from Wells Fargo Shareowner Services said that company received the highest rating for overall customer satisfaction in areas such as call center operations, reorganizations, knowledge and responsiveness. The survey, which was conducted by Stockholder Consulting Services, Inc, had more than 1,000 companies participating. Wells Fargo Shareowner Services led the “Large Agent” category in the U.S. in 27 areas.

The company recently announced that they will be partnering with Make-A-Wish Greater Los Angeles to help make the wishes of two teens facing life-threatening illnesses come true on New Year's Day with a ride in the Rose Parade and tickets to the Rose Bowl Game. Wells Fargo will provide the experience of a lifetime for Canadian teen Brendan (16) who is fighting Leukemia, and Illinois teen Jacob (18) who is battling brain tumors. Both teens wished to go to the 100th Rose Bowl Game with their families.
