Interactive Intelligence Hosting the Inaugural CXPA Customer Experience Networking Event

Interactive Intelligence Group is going to host the first ever CX Day networking event on 1st October for Indianapolis’ customer service professionals.

CX Day event is the brain child of the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA). Created for the customer experience professionals, this international, non-profit organization provides guidance to the companies and professionals working in the fast growing field of customer experience management. The inaugural CX Day was designed as a global annual event to celebrate the companies and people who work tirelessly to ensure great experience for their customers. 


The event is taking place at Interactive corporate headquarter at Indianapolis. Any local-area customer service professional is welcome to participate in the event, which is scheduled to be held from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.

The Interactive Intelligence CX Day networking event is offering a great learning experience for the professionals seeking to reinvigorate their knowledge on providing excellence in customer service. The participants will have the opportunity to meet with peers to share ideas about improving their customers' experiences. Participants can also learn from the brightest minds of the industry.

There will also be discussions on the ways to expand the value of future CXPA networking events in the Indianapolis area.

CX professionals who can't attend the Interactive Intelligence CX Day networking event are invited to participate in a free webinar with CXPA Chairman Bruce Temkin and Sprint Corp.

CX professionals can also join in a series of online events throughout the day, including four Google+ Hangouts across global time zones and a Twitter Chat.
