ProntoForms Intros Deployment Services to Help Customers Deploy

September 17, 2013

ProntoForms Corp. has introduced ProntoForms Deployment Services, identifying it as a program designed to help customers deploy or expand faster.

Calling the launch of this latest offering a result of both the feedback from the customers and the company’s vast experience in mobile solution deployment, Alvaro Pombo, founder and CEO of ProntoForms, said that the ProntoForms Deployment Services will enable new and existing customers to concentrate on their core business.

“They can rely on our deployment professionals to complete and roll out all of their specifications, from A to Z,” he said.

ProntoForms’ latest offering features three turnkey deployment packages. With ProntoForms Deployment Services, businesses will be capable of mobilizing their processes in a matter of days, according to company officials.

Moreover, businesses can also configure and self-deploy. Company officials said that ProntoForms offers online resources; webinars, videos, support portal, and more.

There is a growing adoption of mobile solutions by small-medium-businesses (SMBs), according to the findings of new market research. The new study observed that “SMBs' use of mobile solutions is nearly ubiquitous, with 91 percent now using mobile solutions to help support their businesses.”

The three Deployment Services turnkey packages include services such as custom mobile form building, deployment training sessions, assigning a dedicated Solutions Engineer per customer and a detailed deployment report with return of investment (ROI) analysis, company officials said.

ProntoForms Corp. offers a proprietary patent portfolio, from which the ProntoForms mobile App and Web reporting portal have been developed.

According to company officials, ProntoForms is a mobile forms application and platform that works with any smartphone or tablet and ties in with any back office system.

This year in July, the company announced the addition of ProntoForms Analytics powered by Birst, an analytical platform to organize, segment and analyze high volumes of business data.
