Interactive Intelligence Names Avtex as Its 2013 Platinum Elite Partner

Interactive Intelligence recently named Avtex (News - Alert) as its 2013 Platinum Elite Partner. This status is granted by Interactive Intelligence (News - Alert) each year to resellers who can successfully address various vendor-based product certifications, software sales, and renewals, in addition to meeting customer satisfaction requirements.

In a statement, Interactive Intelligence vice president of North American sales, Paul Weber, said that, “Our Platinum Elite partners meet our highest standards for demonstrating a reseller’s commitment to achieving maximum return on investment for its customers through superior product knowledge and a focus on long-term customer satisfaction. Avtex has clearly demonstrated its ability to meet our Platinum Elite Partner criteria by increasing revenue growth associated with Interactive Intelligence software and services by 48 percent in 2012, in addition to adding nine new customers.”

As Interactive Intelligence’s Platinum Elite Partner, Avtex will handle sales, deployment, and support for Interactive’s Customer Interaction Center (CIC) offering which has been designed for easy deployment on-premises or through the cloud. The solution is an all-in-one IP communications software suite capable of delivering multichannel contact center automation and unified communications support for organizations. With its innovative single-platform, open architecture, CIC effectively mitigates costs and associated complexities inherent in multipoint products.
