Interactive Intelligence Names Avtex as Its 2013 Platinum Elite Partner

Interactive Intelligence recently named Avtex (News - Alert) as its 2013 Platinum Elite Partner. This status is granted by Interactive Intelligence (News - Alert) each year to resellers who can successfully address various vendor-based product certifications, software sales, and renewals, in addition to meeting customer satisfaction requirements.

In a statement, Interactive Intelligence vice president of North American sales, Paul Weber, said that, “Our Platinum Elite partners meet our highest standards for demonstrating a reseller’s commitment to achieving maximum return on investment for its customers through superior product knowledge and a focus on long-term customer satisfaction.
