Delta Air Lines Selects MotivEngine from Affinion Loyalty Group

Affinion Loyalty Group’s MotivEngine product has been selected by Delta Air Lines. With this, Delta looks to add various new features to its service recovery program.

If Delta customers have to face a non-weather related travel issue, they will now be compensated for their trouble by Delta's Customer Care associates. Delta users will be provided a choice of various merchant gift cards with the help of MotivEngine, which will be provided apart from airline credits and SkyMiles. 

Usually, MotivEngine provides a simple-to-use, delivery platform, and companies that make use of MotivEngine can access a dependable catalog of gift cards, digital goods, and merchandise rewards to be used as compensation or incentives.

Affinion Loyalty Group’s products and services are used by one in two American families. The company gets incremental revenue by enhancing customer loyalty for its clients.
