Nurses Get Notes Sent Directly to EHR with TriageLogic

A new software module for TriageLogic’s Call Center Solution software allows its nurse triage centers to integrate with electronic health records of each practice they serve.

The HIPAA-compliant module makes the information available to providers in real time and in a secure manner. This integration module enables practices to have a completely paperless nurse triage service and provides triage nurses with a review of each patient's medical summary in a standardized format.

“Medical Providers understand that being able to see patients' history is going to have huge implications in triaging chronically ill patients and patients recently discharged from hospitals,” said Dr. Ravi Raheja, MD, CEO and director of Sales of TriageLogic Group. “This technology allows our Nurse Triage OnCall clients to get notes sent directly to their EHR system.”

TriageLogic adds that its new software module is also available to users of TriageLogic's call center solution software, who want to connect with each of their practices.

The solution offers several benefits, such as reduction of healthcare costs per patient and better documentation of health savings. This module can connect labs, radiology, urgent cares and hospitals.

Other features of the triage service include prompt callback times, 30 minutes or less; experienced, highly-trained registered nurses; and highly customized standing orders.

TriageLogic’s Call Center Solution software can be integrated with any practice EMR, and includes advanced features such as HIPAA compliant texting and more.
