Callidus' Commissions Selected by Malaysian Communications Provider


Callidus Software (News - Alert) Inc., a provider of hiring, learning, marketing and selling cloud software, said that its Commissions solution has been selected by a Malaysian communications provider. The Malaysian provider will use the solution to automate incentive processing and channel management for dealers, service centers and sales professionals

"CallidusCloud's footprint in the communications market continues to grow with this new contract. Commissions is the only solution that puts the necessary power and flexibility in the hands of the customers, to enable them to respond to the rapidly changing market conditions, with targeted incentives and commission plans," said Jimmy Duan, SVP, International Sales, CallidusCloud(R).

With Commissions, the users can set sales quotas using a self-service collaboration platform for quota allocation and team-based distribution, and gain real time visibility into quota attainment. They can also intuitively design, optimize, assign and manage territories based on opportunity, workload, account information, and geography.

With extensive modeling and analytics capabilities, the solution provides clear insight into the performance of current plans as well as a highly accurate forecast of future performance. Sales and finance operations enjoy significant time and cost savings, whilst sales teams enjoy faster, more accurate and more transparent commission payments. The users can also allocate strategic corporate, team, and individual sales objectives to sales and key supporting teams. Moreover, they can also gain visibility into strategic objective attainment with integrated analytics across departments and teams.

In related news, Callidus Software recently announced that a global provider of news and business information has selected CallidusCloud's Commissions. The CallidusCloud solution replaces an existing sales compensation management system to provide critical insight into sales performance. The agreement was signed in the third quarter of 2012. CallidusCloud drives performance and productivity for over 1,500 leading organizations. Small, medium and large enterprises across multiple industries and geographies rely on CallidusCloud for quicker hiring, simpler learning, better marketing, and smarter selling.
