MyAssist to Deliver Live-Agent Concierge Services to ESCORT Live Users

MyAssist, a live-agent concierge service for individuals and companies, signed a new partnership with ESCORT, a manufacturer of high-performance radar and laser detectors, through which MyAssist will deliver live-agent concierge services to ESCORT Live users.

Drivers are slated to have easy access to best-in-class radar protection and personal concierge services from the combined offerings of MyAssist and ESCORT.

MyAssist claimed that renowned organizations around the globe trust its services to connect their employees, members and customers to the resources and solutions they need. Its connected network of resources provides the reliability of incomparable corporate support.

The company added that a customized MyAssist program is the ideal way to improve loyalty and differentiate one’s company in today’s competitive environment.  

ESCORT Live supposedly equips drivers with advanced information picture of their driving environment, and offers them advanced, real-time radar and laser ticket protection by using live, cloud-based threat and information sharing among millions of smartphone app users.

“We operate under one simple premise: provide our customers with the best products and services period,” said John Larson, president and CEO at ESCORT. “By teaming with MyAssist and offering our customers industry-leading personal concierge services in addition to our award winning radar and laser ticket protection, we continue our commitment to offer our customers the best driving experience available anywhere.”

Some of the MyAssist services are: travel info and research, event information and ticketing, worldwide concierge services, emergency and medical assistance, access to one-touch roadside help, translation and interpretation services, and more.

MyAssist exclaimed that the partnership with ESCORT should offer drivers a convenient and safe way to get the information and personal assistance they need, at the time they need it most.
