OneReach Named Voxeo Connect Certified Partner

OneReach, a communications provider, has just been named by Voxeo as a Connect Certified Partner for Applications. This means that OneReach can now offer Voxeo’s multi-channel communications solution to small and medium-sized businesses that are looking for more professional telephony options.


“A user can build a sophisticated voice or text-enabled solution in minutes, track how it performs in real time and then make quick updates,” explained Rick Ceborg, CEO of OneReach. “Businesses can manage inbound phone calls, create voice or text-based surveys, schedule appointment reminders or automate a variety of business communications...it's only limited by a user's imagination.”

OneReach builds its solution on the Voxeo Prophecy communications platform. Prophecy is an open software and standards-based IVR application that runs on Wintel or Cisco equipment. Prophecy passes 100 percent of VoiceXML compliance tests and is also 100 percent CCXML compliant.

Comprehensive CCXML call control creates inbound call handling, outbound call delivery, intelligent call routing, comprehensive call conferencing and call center integration features. SMBs can also count on VoiceXML for audio prompt playback, audio recording, touch-tone interaction, voice recognition and text-to-speech capabilities.

Prophecy is available pre-loaded and pre-configured on a turnkey IVR server. The program can also be deployed as a hosted service, which cuts installation time from weeks to days. Existing Web or IVR developers can create applications for Prophecy using any existing Web application platform.

The OneReach solution incorporates Prophecy to eliminate the need for IT knowledge or infrastructure investment. The interface operates on a drag-and-drop paradigm, creating a wide range of customized solutions enabling small businesses to interact with their customers. SMBs can take advantage of solutions for voice, text or e-mail with OneReach.
