Cupola Teleservices Wins Call Center OSP of the Year

Cupola Teleservices (CTS) has yet again won the "Call Center OSP (Outsourced Service Provider) of the Year" at the 2012 Middle East Call Center Awards organized by INSIGHTS.


Cupola Teleservices (CTS) practically invented the concept of outsourced contact center services in the Middle East region. This UAE- based company offers high quality services to both regional and international clients.
