ExponentHR Deploys MaxACD Contact Center Solutions for Microsoft Lync

When human resources information system ExponentHR started to see substantial growth at the start of 2011, it began switching the Cisco infrastructure of its call center over to Microsoft’s unified communications platform – Lync.


Lync provides a sturdy interface for keeping in touch with clients and other acquaintances, but on its own, it isn’t the ideal candidate for contact center management. Larger businesses – especially fast growing ones – need to have a platform they can trust.

They don’t have the time to keep fumbling around, back and forth between mediocre software until finding something that works. The company seems to be satisfied with its decision to go with MaxACD, and that’s good for both sides of business.
