Contactual made headlines as well this week when their virtual call center solution was noted for helping a financial services company to expand.
 
“We had no queue for handling waiting calls,” said Darryl Reed, AFS’ vice president of business development and co-founder of the company, in a case study from Contactual. “We had no visibility of the volume of calls or the time spent on each call. It was incredibly inefficient.”
 
Contactual's On Demand Call Center solution was also highlighted in this feature article for helping WebConverse to improve its client relationships and reduce costs.
 
Speaking of virtual contact center solutions, VoltDelta and Transera have announced they signed a commercial reseller marketing partnership aimed at helping both companies focus on providing enhanced virtual contact center solutions worldwide.
 
As per the partnership, Transera’s Seratel on-demand contact center software will be combined with VoltDelta hosted solutions.
