Noble Systems Selected by Kidney Health Australia for Contact Center Solution

Kidney Health Australia (KHA) has selected Noble Systems Australia, a global provider of contact center technology solutions, to provide technology to manage all of its fundraising and call center activities. KHA plans to implement the Noble Solution in place of their existing dialing system.


This implementation of the Noble system is in line with KHA’s strategy to continue to develop new products, test new techniques and work alongside clients to ensure their strategies complement their in-house functions. The solution will also include digital recording, real-time reporting and remote agent access.

The introduction of the Noble Systems platform provides a flexible, custom solution with a universal queue, built-in database, and support for a high-transaction environment. The unified system will provide a development environment that will interface with KHA’s existing internal applications. In doing so, the solution will offer a significant performance advantage.
