Inova LightLink now Compliant with Aspect Unified IP 6.6 and 7.0

Inova Solutions has announced that its middleware product Inova LightLink is now compliant with Aspect Unified IP 6.6 and 7.0, an Aspect’s next-generation unified contact center platform.


Aspect Unified IP has been added to the growing list of certified interoperable LightLink data sources,” said Pete Sisti, CEO at Inova Solutions. 

Sisti said that Aspect Unified IP customers can add tremendous value to their contact centers by combining the power of LightLink and real-time reporting with their existing Aspect systems.

LightLink connects to databases, workforce management systems, outbound dialers, and automatic call distributors, such as Aspect Unified IP. Company officials said that this connection pulls metrics and messages, preparing them for intelligent display on LED call center wallboards, LCD digital signage, custom web dashboards, and agent desktop applications.

“This collaborative relationship with Inova has produced exciting results, which will allow our customers the opportunity to fully maximize on their unified contact center investments,” said Mike Ely, vice president of technology at Aspect.

Ely said that the Aspect Technology Alliance Partner Program allows Aspect to work closely with vendors in designing and building integrations to Aspect products to enhancecomplete customer offering, just like Inova LightLink.

Inova Solutions, as a member of the Aspect Technology Alliance Partner program, provides the ability to display real-time data for everyone to see. Company officials said that this allows higher collaboration to deliver next-generation customer contact. 

Thanks to the addition of Inova’s real-time reporting capabilities to Aspect Unified IP, rapid development and deployment of real-time and historical data can take place with world class products, service and support.

“Inova Solutions looks forward to maintaining this strategic partnership with Aspect and providing our mutual customers, such as NorthShore, best-in-class contact center solutions,” Sisti said.

Several years ago, NorthShore University HealthSystem deployed LightLink with Inova OnTrack, energy efficient LED wallboards, to display real-time and historical reporting data, enhancing utilization of their existing infrastructure.

Inova Solutions is a provider of communication solutions that help schools and universities, transit facilities, hospitals, call centers and others communicate vital, real-time information.

Last month, the company announced a reseller partnership with Valencia, CA based Nexus IS.
