New Release from MTC Simplifies Duplication of Records

The Microsoft CRM platform was boosted with the release of “Copy Record Set” by Management Technology Consulting (MTC), a Microsoft Gold Certified Advanced Dynamics Partner, which sells and customizes Microsoft CRM software globally for small to medium size companies.


“Copy Record Set for Microsoft CRM” is a self-install add on technology that addresses the problems that order management and customer support are plagued with. This is included in the “Sales Product Editor” and “Editable Grid Suit” products by MTC.

The self-install add on has been developed to addresses a specific function gap, which simplifies the duplication of transactions and reduces probabilities of error.. Records can be copied in both the open and closed states.

At a fixed price of $199, a complete set of 4 copy solution function buttons for common transactions in CRM business processes are included along with Microsoft Dynamics CRM On-Premise and CRM Online and one hour o f 'round the clock support'.

In a press release, MTC Spokesman Darryl Henderson said “It’s great for template-based sales processes or repetitive orders or multiple invoice dates.”

Both thee deployments are included in the fixed price of $199, which includes one hour of 24/5 support. Ease the process of creating duplicating transactions and reducing the probabilities of any error occurrence.
