Envox Worldwide to Showcase Next-Gen Voice and Video Solutions at Leading Industry Events

February 11, 2008

Envox Worldwide, a global provider of IP-based voice solutions, has announced it will be showcasing its next-generation voice and video solutions at industry events throughout the world throughout the month.

Visitors will be able to experience Envox solutions at the following shows: Mobile World Congress, taking place in Barcelona, Spain, February 11 - 14 (Stand 2.1B81); Call Center Demo, taking place in Miami, USA, February 14 - 15 (Booth B5); and Call Centre World, taking place in Berlin, Germany, February 18 - 21 (Stand 1B10).

“For companies that are looking to improve customer service and revenue generation with interactive voice and video, a visit to the Envox Worldwide booth is a necessity,” said Leo Casey, president and chief executive officer of Envox Worldwide. “We’re pleased to be playing a role in educating the conference attendees about the future of voice solutions and in demonstrating how Envox’s IP-based solutions provide significant cost savings and time-to-market advantages.”

During the aforementioned events, Envox Worldwide will be demonstrating the Envox Communications Development Platform, Envox VoiceXML, Studio, Envox CT Connect and Envox CT ADE.

An open, standards-based software platform, Envox 7 combines a graphical development environment with advanced deployment and management components. Such components enable developers to reduce the time, cost, and complexity of creating voice solutions. Envox VoiceXML Studio is a graphical development environment that is designed to accelerate the creation of VoiceXML-based voice solutions by 50 percent or more.

One of the most widely used interactive voice response (IVR) development tools in the industry, the Envox CT ADE is a collection of utilities that enable developers to create a deploy CT applications more easily and more quickly than using traditional APIs.

The Envox CT Connect, a computer telephony integration (CTI) software solution, enables business applications to manage, monitor, and control calls across multiple locations within mixed telephony switching environments.

Envox Worldwide is taking a strategic approach to market penetration by ensuring it takes advantage of all leading industry events. In doing so, the company’s solutions can be demonstrated to those the company will be targeting in the industry. This one-on-one demonstration opportunity allows Envox to control the message and even the perception.

As the use of voice and video gains in importance in relation to customer service deliverables, the opportunities for providers such as Envox continue to grow. Those companies that are in the heart of the action are those that are likely to enjoy more of the market share.
