planetRE Unveils New Cloud Platform for Online Real Estate

July 28, 2011

planetRE, a technology provider for online real estate, announced the launch of planetRE Socialite, a new cloud platform that integrates social media customer relationship management (CRM) platform with paperless transaction management and electronic signatures.

The Single Sign On cloud platform for real estate and mortgage professionals allows agents to actively interact with prospects on major social networking channels like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and the like. In addition it allows them to seamlessly integrate with planetRE Compliance paperless system and popular electronic signatures.

"planetRE Socialite has all the components for a brokerage company to maximize their social currency and manage paperless transactions," said Subrao Shenoy, CEO of planetRE, in a statement. "Ability to incubate and manage leads over multiple social media gives an agent the ultimate competitive edge. Paperless transactions and electronic signature promotes cost savings and the green initiative."

planetRE Socialite has the ability to support Single Sign Ons with other vendors providing MLS, Forms and third party services the agent may subscribe to. This platform is beneficial to brokers as they can use it for active agent recruitment using many built in social media channels.

"We are a strong believer in social media revolution," said Chatty Arrieta, COO of Partners Trust, a leading edge real estate brokerage firm in Brentwood, CA, in a statement. "planetRE Socialite allows our company the ability to manage high end clients with these new channels, giving us a huge competitive edge."

Back in February, planetRE launchedplanetRE Mobile Agent, a comprehensive transaction and communications management platform for agents. Powered on leading mobile devices like Apple iPhone and Google Android phones, the platform enables agents to be on the road and still access their transaction folders securely.
