Officescape buys BMS

Office technology vendor Officescape has bought Broadband Management (BMS), a broadband management service from Telamon Corp. for an undisclosed price.  The addition of broadband management services will allow Officescape’s clients to unify Internet connectivity for all teleworkers, said Officescape.

 
Indianapolis, Indiana-based Officescape has 20 employees in Indianapolis and 20 others in West Lafayette.
 
With Broadband Management (BMS), Officescape Enterprise Services provide its corporate clients with a total solution to all sorts of complex telecommuter management issues. Following the acquisition, a majority of BMS employees will join the Officescape team, resulting in a speedy transition of service for existing clients.
 
Broadband management is the latest service addition to Officescape’s Enterprise Services, which include tele-office, tele-communication and tele-computing management, all on a single platform.
 
The new broadband management services addition to Officescape’s Enterprise Services will help consolidate procurement, billing, and service support into one single solution, with one monthly bill.
 
This single point of contact is essential to simplifying day-to-day customer care and quickly responding to any issues that may arise. Relationships with more than 100 different ISPs across the United States allow clients to enjoy coverage virtually anywhere. These relationships are leveraged to create cost savings and expedite responses to service issues.
 
In addition to broadband aggregation, Officescape’s broadband management services also service the digital content delivery to kiosks, digital signage, and distributed call center solutions for work at home agents.
