CRM Firm Autologica Qualifies for ISO 9001 Certification

December 17, 2007

"A clear focus on business dealer processes and strong commitment to customer satisfaction" are credited by company officials for Autologica's recent certification under the ISO 9001 standard.

The Argentine CRM vendor says as part of its plans for international expansion, in November the DMS specialist received international recognition for "its quality management procedures geared towards customer satisfaction."

"Our proactivity regarding products, services and development projects, based on the concept of continuous improvement, were some of the strengths highlighted during the audit," said Al McClymont, CEO of Autologica.

The Autologicians say they currently provide dealer management systems to vehicle dealers of such brands as Toyota, Renault, Ford, VW, BMW, John Deere, Honda, Bentley, Lamborghini, Saleem and Ducati.

The software segment, known as Dealer Management Systems, has been growing globally over the past years.

Autologica DMS is a Windows-based software product that manages the entire dealership and also includes integrated CRM, manages multiple locations and provides accounting in real-time, Excel integration and tools for managers such as live performance indicators. The company offers its software in English, Spanish and Chinese.

And now, CRM in Iraq: In September Ebtikar Motors, a huge vehicle dealers group in the Middle East, has chosen Autologica DMS to manage its headquarters in Dubai and integrate its seven stores in Iraq.

Ebtikar Motors, considered one of Iraq's largest suppliers in the automotive sector, has decided to implement Autologica DMS in all of their dealerships. The firm sells important brands such as Nissan Motors, Nissan Diesel Trucks, Renault Trucks, and Jawa Motorcycles.

"This investor group has chosen us mainly due to the fact that our system is multi-brand and can integrate all of their stores in real-time. This will make management and administration tasks much easier," said Ana Drovandi, Sales Manager at Autologica.

Wisdom IT Solutions, an official Autologica partner for the Middle East, will be in charge of deploying the system, starting at the dealer group's main headquarters in Dubai, and gradually incorporating all seven stores distributed throughout Iraq.

Another reason Autologica DMS is chosen by dealer groups that have multiple points of sale is the integrated CRM tool, which lets stores plan sales calls and visits for each market, and then allows the central administration to track all clients and leads.
