Quagga to Resell Autonomy etalk's Contact Center Solutions

Quagga Corp., a provider of enterprise communication solutions has signed a reseller agreement with infrastructure software leader Autonomy Corporation plc. Under the agreement, Quagga will resell in North America, the contact center software solutions created by Autonomy’s etalk business.

 
etalk is the developer of Qfiniti Enterprise solution suite, including its compliance recording, agent performance management, and speech analytics solutions.
 
California-based Quagga Corp. specializes in full-service IP-based voice, video, and data systems. Certified on Avaya, Cisco, and Polycom systems, Quagga has been recognized as an Avaya Platinum Business Partner.
