New Customer Advisory Council for Verint Witness Actionable Solutions

In a bid to further drive their vision for a customer-centric enterprise, and to explore trends and best practices, Verint Systems Inc. has announced a new Customer Advisory Council.

 
The new Council will offer valuable end-user insight for Verint Witness Actionable Solutions' workforce optimization and actionable intelligence software and services.
 
Members of the council will serve both Verint and Verint Witness Actionable Solutions customers and will be comprised of cross-industry leaders in markets including aerospace, automotive, cable and telecommunications, energy, financial service, healthcare and IT services.
 
According to a company news release, council members for the new term include: AAA Washington, Advanta, Avista Corporation, Bank of Montreal, BCBS of North Carolina, California Casualty Management Company, Charter Communications, Clarke American, Humana, John Hancock, Knology, New York Life, Royal Bank of Canada, Siemens Business Services and TD Banknorth.
 
Council members will help Verint to define their vision of the customer-centric enterprise and will specifically offer feedback, ideas and user requirements that will help contribute to new features and service offerings and solutions and will also play a vital role in Verint’s annual North American customer conference.
 
The Verint Witness Actionable Solutions Customer Advisory Council is chaired by Brynn Palmer of Charter Communications and Gerry Leavitt of John Hancock. 
 
 
“The council addresses some of the industry’s most dynamic workforce optimization and analytics challenges and opportunities.  This new and impressive group of industry authorities can leverage one another’s experience to brainstorm on ways of keeping customers at the forefront, in addition to making sure our teams are leveraging their technology investments to the fullest potential,” commented Palmer in a statement to the press.
 
Leavitt also added,  “I am looking forward to participating in the Customer Advisory Council and working with the prominent list of members to ensure our efforts represent a commitment to furthering awareness around the voice of the customer, while also improving service expectations.”
