As the trend for software on-demand continues to grow, and following their company's successful hosted deployments in the UK, Fluency Voice Technology has partnered with Message Technologies, Inc. to now also make hosted speech self-service available to North American customers.

Fluency Voice Technology offers packaged speech recognition applications for call centers and has customers that utilize both on-premise and hosted solutions. Their offerings help call centers to improve their customer service and reduce costs.

The partnership with Message Technologies, Inc. (MTI), a provider of hosting services for business-critical speech applications will help to deliver North American customers with hosted speech recognition solutions. MTI offers hosting services that are dependable as well as best-in-class customer service. With speech-self service capabilities, North American customers will be able to reduce capital costs, decrease time-to-market and improve application performance.

“Fluency’s reputation for quality speech self-service solutions and outstanding customer service complements MTI’s flexibility, reliability and expertise in hosting enterprise speech self-service,” said Darrell Knight, President of MTI.  “Fluency’s innovative approach to packaged speech applications combined with MTI’s experience as the largest Genesys pure play hoster in North America are helping to make speech self-service easier to implement and more affordable for companies of all sizes.”
