Nalco Orders 1,000 User Licenses of TenDigits MobileAccess to Enhance Call Center Performance

December 15, 2010

TenDigits Software, a provider of mobility solutions for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, has announced a significant customer win.

The company said that Nalco Company, a sustainability services company focused on industrial water, energy and air applications, has signed up for 1,000 user licenses of TenDigits MobileAccess.

Nalco Company has a Commercial Excellence initiative that is aimed at improving the time spent with customers. Company officials said that they have selected Microsoft Dynamics CRM in addition to TenDigits MobileAccess. With the selection of these two solutions, the company expects to make its sales and service professionals more effective and more productive in customer-facing activities.

Nalco’s officials said that their decision to select TenDigits MobileAccess was based on factors such as ease of use; depth of capability on BlackBerry and other smartphones of interest; fit with Nalco’s preferred Information Technology (IT) strategy; and flexible and responsive customer service.

The company selected TenDigits MobileAccess for its unique blend of capability, manageability and flexibility along with world-class customer service -- a total solution when combined with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, said Derek Johnson, Business IT Leader for sales and marketing at Nalco.

“Our focus with customers is communicating and delivering value, so working with a comprehensive solution for managing our customer engagement activities will help ensure we get the business results we need,” Johnson said in a press release.

With deployment of mobile CRM, Nalco expects better sales planning; improved visibility of the sales call process; improvements in sales discipline; and improved sales team collaboration.

Company officials said that unlike other CRM mobility solutions, the combination of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and TenDigits MobileAccess is a manageable solution designed for both ease-of-use and depth of capability and adaptability.

“Microsoft Dynamics CRM helps our customers increase productivity through familiar, intelligent and connected experiences,” said Dave Willis, vice president for US Dynamics at Microsoft, adding that TenDigits’ MobileAccess solution is an example of the how the flexibility and extensibility of Microsoft Dynamics CRM enables the partners to develop specialized solutions to meet the specific needs of our customers.

“We have been working closely with Microsoft to achieve the kind of business value demanded by customers like Nalco,” said Derek Warburton, vice president of sales at TenDigits.

Earlier in July, TenDigits announced the release of MobileAccess 4.7. It provides Microsoft Dynamics CRM access for any Smart Mobile Device, starting with the iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch device family
