Intelestream Adds Three Partners to its USA Channel Partner Program

November 12, 2010

Intelestream, a provider of CRM consulting and CRM Software as a Service (SaaS), revealed the addition of three partners to its USA Channel Partner Program: Skylos, Ubora Biz and valueCare.

According to Intelestream sources, partners joining the Intelestream Channel Network are authorized to directly sell, provide consulting services and also customize the intelecrm application.

In a press release, Julian Kopald, Channel Partner Program manager for Intelestream, said, “Signing up as a channel partner with Intelestream is becoming an increasingly attractive option to IT consultants and software integration firms as intelecrm continues to onboard more customers and develop into a true online Social CRM solution.”

Commenting on partner firm Skylos Inc., Intelestream officials said that it is a consulting firm located in Silicon Valley providing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions for small and midsize businesses using QuickBooks. The company helps organizations optimize offerings by leveraging technology, streamlining, automating and simplifying processes and enhancing collaboration across the whole enterprise.

UboraBiz LTD provides services that are customized according to a customer’s business structure, including coaching, consulting, and entrepreneurial training. The company’s principal, Norman Dowe, is a professional speaker who educates, inspires and motivates with stories drawn from the treasury of Black business innovation and entrepreneurship, added company sources.

The third partner firm ValueCare, Inc. is an independent software vendor, system integrator and value-added reseller providing virtualization, unified communications and cloud computing solutions to micro, small and medium businesses.

It was revealed that the company’s design and development team specializes in APIs and plug-ins, add ons and extensions, modules and components for desktop and Web apps. The company’s other areas of core competence include customization, deployment, implementation of CRM and ERP along with integration of payment gateway and social media with IM, SMS and Web 2.0.

Intelestream’s intelecrm offers enterprise level CRM functionality to small and medium sized businesses. Subscribers are charged according to the quantity of records and data storage used, rather than the number of users accessing the system. Intelestream has implemented a “pay-for-what-you-need” approach in intelecrm. Customers will be charged only for the features and add-ons they require.

The company has recently added social CRM functionality to the application including a platform that enables sales, marketing and customer support users to collaborate with one another while engaging with the outside world. Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn are some of the social networks that connect with intelecrm.
