Boryung Pharmaceutical Deploys Cegedim Dendrite's CRM Software

Boryung Pharmaceutical, one of Korea’s top 10 pharmaceutical companies, announced it has implemented Cegedim Dendrite’s Mobile Intelligence CRM solution.


Cegedim Dendrite is the world’s leading provider of Life Sciences-specific customer relationship management (CRM) solutions, and currently serves 14 of the industry’s top-grossing companies in Korea.

Cegedim Dendrite worked with Boryung to quickly tailor the built-in configuration tools for its users, based on what their business process required. The tools can be altered to suit a certain region, country, group, or individual user. Unlike with other systems, the platform offers the same functions both offline and online.

With the new CRM solution, Boryung integrated Ethical Channel/Over-the-Counter business units’ reliance on IT vendors will be reduced significantly.

The company recently announced a partnership in India with TAKE Solutions Ltd, a provider of Life Sciences and Supply Chain Management products, which will offer system integration and other services for Cegedim Dendrite's Mobile Intelligence product suite. This partnership is reportedly a part of the Cegedim Dendrite Alliance Programme, created to expand the company's open business model through alliances with leading technology, software and consulting companies.
