August 10, 2009

Caliper and Pilat HR Solutions reportedly will work together to offer a broader range of services to clients. The agreement between the two companies will let the organizations integrate Caliper’s assessment and consulting services with Pilat’s solutions software and people management platforms.

Caliper helps companies to achieve its goals by aligning the talent and potential of their employees with the needs of their business. The integration will allow the companies to help clients manage their people more effectively, according to Caliper President Patrick Sweeney. This is especially important during these challenging economic times, where it has become imperative for enterprises to ensure that they have the right people in the right positions, Sweeney said inn a statement.
Pilat offers integrated talent management solutions that increases the performance of employees and help them realize their potential.
Clinton Wingrove, Pilat executive vice president and principal consultant, said that the company is ideal in designing and implementing processes such as performance management, succession planning and development management. All of these can be truly effective only if the organization has appropriate raw material with which to resource itself.
Caliper that shares Pilat’s passion for rigorous validation, and Wingrove said this partnership will help organizations select the candidates with the most potential to succeed, and then manage their performance, development, and careers to realize that potential.
“As leaders, we’ve learned that succeeding in this tough, quickly-shifting global marketplace requires surrounding ourselves with top performers,” Sweeney said in a statement. “That is the message that Caliper and Pilat bring to the marketplace. By helping our clients hire and develop top performers, we are building their true competitive advantage.”
