Nest Uses UJET for Customer Service

Nest Labs Inc. has alighted on UJET Inc.’s customer service software. The Google company will be using the UJET software in all its contact centers and in a variety of languages.

Nest provides climate control and security devices and services. That includes the Nest Learning Thermostat, Nest Energy Services, the Nest Protect smoke and carbon monoxide alarm, the Nest Secure alarm system, Nest Cam security cameras, and the Nest Hello video doorbell.

UJET supports voice and chat interacts via smartphones or the web. Its platform is based on an open, distributed cloud architecture and is HIPAA compliant. And it has pre-integrated connectors and APIs for ease of integration with popular CRM and workforce management solutions such as those provided by Salesforce and Zendesk, and Aspect and Monet Software.

Anand Janefalkar, a former Motorola and Jawbone employee, is the founder and CEO of UJET. Jim Schinella, the CBO, was formerly with Netscape and Yahoo. CTO Eli Chen has worked at Netflix and Twitter. And Kris Caldwell, UJET’s head of sales, has also worked for Gainsight and Marketo.
