CCaaS and WFO provider Serenova named a couple new members to its leadership team today. David Nelson will serve as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with Michelle Burrows taking over the post of Chief Marketing Officer. Nelson brings with him a track record of success driving profitability and revenue growth aiding companies in the scaling process. As CFO, he will be responsible for investor relations, operations and corporate finance. Burrows, on the other hand is tasked with expanding global footprint through constructing a strategic direction for Serenova.
