Zendesk and Ozonetel Launch Cloud Communications Partnership

November 17, 2017

Cloud communications firm Ozonetel, has announced its partnership with Zendesk, a cloud-based customer service software organization.

The partnership will enhance client offerings, as Ozonetel CloudAgent users will have complete access to Zendesk’s interface. Additionally, with the implementation of Zendesk’s application, CloudAgent can offer companies a feature-rich call center solution. Included in these features is flexibility for agents, supervisors, and customers.

“The integration brings about improved customer experience with support executives accessing customer data instantly,” said CEO, Ozonetel Communications, CSN Murthy. “The enterprises can have a complete contact center as a service at a fraction of the TCO they were spending before, and improve customer satisfaction.”

CloudAgent is already easily adoptable as there is no installation needed nor initial charges. It also enables contact center apps to be carried from the browser with the added feature of agent tracking and advanced analytics (ANI). This makes day-to-day agent operations easier to understand, modify, and adjust, all with a click of a button.

“Ozonetel's CloudAgent is recognized as a market innovator in offering contact centre solutions, while Zendesk is a market leader in building technologies that improve customer relationships. This unique partnership will help address the growing demand for contact center solutions from companies trying to find better and improved ways of engaging with their customers, no matter where they are,” said Country Sales Director, Zendesk India, KT Prasad.

It’s apparent that both companies bring a lot to the table so this is a very promising partnership.  For example, Zendesk was recognized in the “Leaders” quadrant of the 2017 Gartner Magic Quadrant for the CRM Customer Engagement Center report. Ozonetel was named 2015 Best Cloud-Telephony Player by Frost & Sullivan.
