Contact Center Solutions Week in Review: Zipwhip, Elision & More

The week started out with Enghouse Interactive announcing that VoIP provider, HelloSpoke was going to unveil a new cloud contact center service based on the Enghouse Interactive Contact Center: Service Provider platform. Next up, Seattle-based startup Zipwhip landed $22.5 million dollars in funding for its business text messaging platform. The platform enables businesses to text via their landline phones. Following that news, Elision Technoloab LLP announced a new cloud contact center, Dialshree. This is to be the Indian firm’s first venture into the cloud contact center space, as it was always VoIP-focused. This expansion will be huge as the cloud has taken over.
