Most people consider Awards season to be an exciting time. Nominees start being announced in October, and then the awards shows run through to the end of February, ending with the Academy Awards. In fact, Enghouse Systems Limited announced recently that its Presence Technology unit has been named a 2017 CUSTOMER Product of the Year Award winner.
If any product deserves to stand up and take a bow, it’s Presence Widgets. According to Enghouse Systems, “Presence Widgets is the Presence Suite functional module that allows users to generate customizable views of Contact Center performance and productivity metrics, both in real time as well as historical, through a simple and effective configuration.”
Using the HTML 5-compatible frame Web standard lets contact centers be viewed from anywhere on any device. What really sets it apart is that this is achieved without operating system dependencies, browser specifications, applications or plug-ins, according to Alfredo Gonzalez, Product Director of Presence Suite.
Clearly, Presence Widgets has the chance to be a game-changer for contact centers. That’s why it was chosen for the Product of the Year designation by TMC’s CUSTOMER magazine. The award is supposed to recognize vendors that improve the contact center, CRM and teleservices industries. Each recipient has one defining factor in common, though: the winning solutions all enable clients to exceed customer expectations. At the end of the day, the customer is key to company success, which is why TMC chooses to award those companies that go above and beyond.
