Frost & Sullivan ranks Amdocs in another segment. According to the firm, it is the overall billing market leader for the eighth year in a row, capturing 18 percent, which resulted in the company winning the “Frost & Sullivan 2016 Global Market Leadership Award for CSP Overall Billing.” Ovum, on the other hand, named Amdocs a global leader in its CRM solutions and real-time convergent billing and charging solutions technology assessment.
