NAVIS Releases Narrowcast Vacation Rental Edition

NAVIS, provider of integrated hospitality sales and marketing solutions, has announced their Narrowcast Vacation Rental Edition, a platform specifically designed to manage vacation rental properties globally.

The Narrowcast Vacation Rental Edition is designed to address the current vacation rental marketplace, which is in the middle of a monumental shift. Due to the changing business model – read: AirBnB, VRBO, and Couchsurfing – vacation rental companies need to adapt.  


NAVIS Narrowcast allows companies to implement the right customer service, collaboration and flexible solutions which tackle the major challenges property managers are facing. According to NAVIS, the deployment of the technology has resulted in vacation rental companies seeing an increase of five to seven points in lead conversion.

Narrowcast Connect and Narrowcast Achieve are two of the features that provide call/contact center services to give renters a memorable guest experience. Managers can address customer concerns by scheduling, tracking and initiating call follow ups. Renters, on the other hand, can call to have questions answered or make suggestions about the services of the management company.

These interactions can be used by managers to gauge the performance of their employees with call analytics, key performance indicators (KPIs), encrypted call recording, scoring, coaching, conversion, and real-time reporting for the entire contact center operations.

The collaborative part of the solution uses Narrowcast Lead Management. It can access online and offline sources for lead generation of available properties and potential renters. And along with Narrowcast TWI Campaign Tracker, it leverages the integration of more than 25 PMS or project management services solutions.
