StatesideBPO to Provide The Sheffield Group Clients with Contact Center Services

The Sheffield Group, a global consulting company with experience in the direct sales, network marketing, and party planning industries, has selected StatesideBPO, a contact center and business process outsourcing company, as its newest partner.

This distinction gives it an advantage in the market because of its unique, dedicated, and skilled workforce that achieves a high level of training before providing services to any market. StatesideBPO’s announced last month that it would be reaching into the network marketing and direct sales market segments, and with this partnership it will have the chance to hit the ground running.

Training for those agents began last month – in line with the company’s announcement.

According to Mike Sheffield, the CEO of The Sheffield Group, those services will become essential to his company’s clients as they try to gain an advantage over their competition. He indicated the high selection criteria that The Sheffield Group used when selecting StatesideBPO as its client. That criteria means to ultimately delivering a high quality of service to its clients and, in turn, to all the end users who interact with StatesideBPO skilled agents.
