Jive Software Upgrades JiveX External Community Platform

Attracting and retaining customers is not as easy as you may think, even with all the latest communication technologies. The main problem is that so many companies have learned the tricks so there is cut throat competition to gain customer attention.


Offering companies an edge is Jive Software, which has updated its JiveX external community platform. According to the company, its latest version provides improved capabilities to engage and attract the customers.

The new version is geared to work seamlessly with multiple devices and thus, brings much needed flexibility to the table. It also comes with a Resonata analytics module that helps users to keep track of important people in the Jive Community. They get access to ready-made reports that identify top influencers and work to influence them and it provides enhanced CRM integration.

As one of the major enterprise collaboration platforms in the world, Jive has teamed up with Cisco to provide the state of the art complete end-to-end solution. This is not the first time Jive has partnered with Cisco. Back in May, the company collaborated with Cisco to provide an integrated real-time communication and collaboration solution to its customers.
